Hey guys! So I started a new fashion series on my blog which I called my #choirgirlwardrobe

I re-joined choir this year and I've been wearing bold colors since. It felt weird the first few weeks, but I eventually started getting used to it.

Anyways... I'm currently running two wardrobes. My minimal wardrobe and my 'choirgirlwardrobe' all the details are up on the blog.

I led praise and worship for the first time in eight years. My God, I thought my pastor won't be there but he came out early and sat there... whew! I fidgeted a little, but as soon as I started, the Holy Spirit took over.

It was a powerful ministeration.

I am grateful to God for the opportunity to serve purposefully in His house. To minister to His congregation is an honor and a privilege. I do not take it for granted at all.

If you are a believer on here, don't be a bench-warmer in church. Find your place in God's house and serve.

It will count for your on judgement day. What did you do with the talents that God have you? Remember what happened to the servant that did not use his talent.

Yesterday I had an awkward discussion with someone

Yesterday I had an awkward discussion with someone who judged me based on the fact that I run a faith blog and I play Christian music a lot.

He thought I was stuck-up and all-brainwashed because of how high I hold my faith.
He said, "you don't have fun".

Initially I was offended, but then I gave it some thought and I realised he is not to blame.

The thing is, being a Christian is fun... for us. Being in choir... having the opportunity to serve God with my talent gives me joy. Spending time to pray and fellowship with the Holy Spirit is irreplaceable.... how could he know that?

So to you out there living your Christian-life boldly... don't let anyone talk you down. They don't know what you know. They haven't seen what you've seen. They didn't die on the cross for you and they certainly won't take you to heaven.

So just ignore and walk away... if it is possible, use the opportunity to preach to them.

More so, there are other ways Christians have fun that does not involve the church too... but hey! You don't owe anyone any explanation.
