I’m excited to share my this Beauty Formulas product review, which is totally based on my experience and opinion of the brand. I have struggled with acne-prone skin since my teenage years, and that is mostly because of ignorance (not knowing how to properly take care of my face), and investing in the wrong products.
At first, it seemed the only skincare products that can take care of my skin were only high-end and luxury brands… which was quite frustrating. So I ended up jumping from one product to the other. I have used a few averagely costly products, but I have never really had the best results until recently.

In the end, your journey toward getting glowing and blemish-free skin starts with
- understanding your skin
- Then knowing what ingredients (in products) work for or against your skin type.
- Finally, you can identify the products that best suit your face and body.
I strongly believe that this Beauty Formulas products review will help guide you on what to expect if you have been considering using the brands.
The first product I started using in my face care from Beauty Formulas was the Beauty Formulas Face Visage Cleansing Milk which I used basically to wipe makeup off before I start my daily night-time routine, but then I received some products from the brand, and here is my review so far:
Beauty Formulas Product Review
- Australian Tea Tree Exfoliating Facial Wash
I use it mostly after work (nighttime) to wash off makeup after using the cleansing milk. It washes off excess oil and every trace of makeup is left out. I use my face sponge as well, but you can use your hand if your face is sensitive to sponges.
2. Australian Tea Tree Deep Cleansing Facial Mask
I use it once or twice a week, most weekdays. Usually right after the facial wash and I wash it off with warm water. It has a very refreshing tea tree fragrance and gently cools and soothes as it penetrates the skin. It takes about 30 minutes to completely dry up. So you must have time on your hands to use this, which is why I prefer nighttime.
3. Gentle-To-Skin Deep Cleansing Facial Scrub
It is like the name says, gentle to the skin, really. It is transparent (colorless) and odorless. It takes about 15-20 minutes to completely dry up. I use it mornings or evenings interchangeably depending on my schedule. It is originally for sensitive skin, so I may not recommend it for those with oily skin; hence I use it sparingly, once in 2-3 weeks. I haven’t had any side effects so far… so I’m good.
4. Micellar Cleansing Water
The micellar water is very mild and gentle to my skin. There is no alcohol and it smells great too. Usually, by the time I get to use it, I hardly have any trace of makeup on my face, so it basically acts as a toner for me before I apply my face oil or moisturizer.
5. Bamboo Charcoal Konjac Facial Sponge
This I intend to incorporate into my weekend routine. It is used for exfoliation, though I will prefer I use it alongside other charcoal and konjac-based products.
Even though this is a sponsored post, I chose to give this product review on Beauty Formulas because I have enjoyed the benefits of using their products in my skincare routine, and I must say that I have no regrets. Their products are mild, effective, and most of all budget-friendly. Kindly note that it is not just getting the right skincare products, you also need to know how to use them in your routine.
